According to a DM News infographic based on Ascend2’s “Social Media Marketing Trends” report, 64% of business professionals utilize social media as a marketing strategy to engage with their audiences. 


But 50% of the respondents also expressed that is was hard to claim success based on the inability to measure ROI on social media campaigns.
